In a short film from PLANE—SITE, Biennale curators Yvonne Farrell and Shelley McNamara explain their position behind the FREESPACE theme, while the moving images give a sneak peek of their 16th International Architecture Exhibition.
Not surprisingly, the duo's comments reiterate much of what they said during this morning's press conference with Biennale President Paolo Baratta – an event that could be seen, in what seems like true Italian style, from the piazza next to Teatro Piccolo where it took place.
