The site is located next to a branch of the Min River. The aim of the masterplan is the exploit the proximity of water by connecting to as many buildings as possible.
The main masterplan concept is symbolised by a hand touching the water, each finger represents a tongue of land reaching towards the river. Perpendicular to the tongue of land, the buildings directly face the water.

The parking of the total area is solved underground, making the streets between the villa’s lush green and car-free. On the street side the villas are three floors high, and towards the water-side, the villas are four floors high. The architecture of the villas aims at optimizing the different views over the water and the mountains on the background. The shifting of the volumes creates a variety in outside spaces. The apartment towers and hotel each have their own specific architectural language.
