The pavilion of the African Countries is supposed to host the diversity of African nations and their landscape in relationship to the importance of water. An interactive media – facade shall function as a permeable narrative membrane between the interior and the exterior.
During the day, wind and visitors will animate the structure by their movement. During the night an innovative media facade will project images onto the pavilion’s skin »talking« about the potential of water’s physical and economical conditions according to its fascinating phenomena like thunderstorms, monsoons or hurricanes.
