The property is located on one of the last foothills of the so called “Wienerwald” in a traditional residential area, which was built around the lookout “Hohe Warte” in the 19th century.
The development of the area with five residential buildings in the middle of a landscaped park fits into the overall architectural impression of the surroundings. The dynamic design with flowing lines of the buildings meets a high quality space in a quiet location. “Close your eyes and think of beautiful yellow brimstone butterflies, which have settled in a park, and their lightness,” the architects explain the shape of the buildings.
Each of the 23 apartments have spacious floor plans and impress with private open spaces, such as deep expansive terraces. Bright and flooded with light the living areas open up to the park with large windows.
