The client is the owner of a long-established Japanese restaurant that has been in business from 1913 in Ginza. In Ginza, there are manners regarding eating, enjoying and shopping.

This quote from the client left a lasting impression.

"Even if tourists increase, even if fast fashion stores increase, it doesn’t matter because Ginza will always be Ginza.” Starting with Hermes, luxury boutiques continue on down the street through world famous brands such as Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Etro, Chanel and Loewe. Such luxury brands line this elegant street, called “Namaiki street” which this building faces and from which hostesses in Kimonos can be glimpsed seeing off their clients.
