Five houses that work together, using the natural topography of the site for the best views: the project is located on mountain environment, adjacent to San Roque Lake.
Simplicity, formal synthesis and materials are the foundation of the project. Simplicity of the proposal, shadow play, visual openings and a low impact on an environment of lush vegetation emerge. Heterogeneity in generating a villa with its own profile; homogeneity in the materials to generate a villa with its own language. A modular system that accommodates various functions, clearly dividing each house into two (public-private), collaborating in this way with the idea of town-village-urban profile. The project alters the natural soil as little as possible and joins the landscape through the views.
