This organic building is located on a site surrounded by mountains, and has a shape like that of a mountain in order to achieve harmony between the environment and the building. It has a music hall designed with the polish conductor Kazimierz Kord (1930 –) in mind, a museum to display local handicraft, and a community center that serves a central role in local culture.
