An Office Eclipse

Work stopped yesterday for much of the United States and other parts of North America as the first total solar eclipse in 99 years passed from the West Coast to the East Coast.
The same happened at the offices of hard-working architects too, as this collection of photos at Architect magazine attests. But our favorite photo isn't one showing a bunch of architects standing outside, staring at the sun through special glasses. No, it's this photo from inside the studio of Vancouver's Bing Thom Architects, where the skylight's perforations were turned into hundreds of pinhole cameras.
Who knew that our office would be the perfect place to view the solar eclipse?! The magic of skylights and white walls! #SolarEclipse2017 pic.twitter.com/ASvIdyI2gm
