Mateo Kries, director of the Vitra Design Museum in Weil am Rhein, Germany, gives a brief tour of the building designed by Frank Gehry in 1989 and provides some context on why it's such an important piece of museum architecture.
Like other museums in Germany, the Vitra Design Museum is closed in November due to COVID-19 restrictions. They hope to reopen in December. In the meantime, the end of the last frame of the seven-minute film above hints at the possibility of other architecture tours on the Vitra Campus that may fill this November break.
