The Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) has been posting short films of the twenty shortlisted projects in the running for the 2022 Aga Khan Award for Architecture to its YouTube channel.
The shortlist for the 2022 Aga Khan Awards was announced last week, with 20 projects selected from the 463 projects nominated for the 15th cycle of the prestigious $1 million award. The winners will be announced after the master jury performs on-site reviews in the summer.
In the meantime, the AKDN has been posting short films that explain the shortlisted projects, with three to date. Those three films are embedded below, but be sure to subscribe to the AKDN YouTube channel and/or check the Aga Khan Award for Architecture playlist for uploads of the remaining projects throughout the month.
